Founded in 2002, The Berkshire Group, LLC is headquartered in Virginia beach, VA, home of its founder and CEO, Ron Berkshire. The company focuses exclusively on the identification, location, and retrieval of cash assets for businesses and individual consumers, with the value of each asset typically ranging from $5,000 to several hundred
thousand dollars.

Its mission is to find and retrieve missing or difficult to find cash assets of considerable value and return them to their rightful owners. In the process it also helps the economy by regenerating the use of these assets in the marketplace.

All retrievals involve the services of well respected, independent licensed attorneys working closely with Berkshire’s internal Corporate Counsel, and all activity is conducted within the established legal system. The company only charges performance based fees and related legal costs and only collects them after clients’ assets have been retrieved. Our President

Ron Berkshire developed the company as a result of a personal experience involving the retrieval of funds which belonged to him but which he was unable to obtain.

That experience piqued his interest in learning more about the hundreds of thousands of similar cash assets which are misplaced and not in the hands of their rightful corporate and/or individual consumer owners. He spent three years investigating this problem.

Using his entrepreneurial skills to develop a series of new research and communication techniques, he fine-tuned the unique process into the basis for the ompany’s current business model and uses it to successfully retrieve funds for clients.

Today the company is proud to retrieve substantial sums of money for hundreds of satisfied clients, and its caseload and client base continue to grow significantly.

prestigious organizations such as Bank of America. The Berkshire Group provides its highly specialized services by returning significant cash amounts to its business clients.

Consumer clients include all kinds of individuals who are both unaware of and unable to easily retrieve cash assets which rightfully belong to them.
